Norm is the president and COO of LMS Reinforcing Steel Group. He has served as Chair of the Board of the Vancouver Regional Construction Association and as director of the British Columbia Construction Association. In 2008, Norm was awarded the LMA Helm Young Lawyer Award. He is the author of countless industry articles.
