Scope
Renovation of a medical facility in London, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility. Healthcare Materials Management Services (HMMS), on behalf of London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC), and in particular the Facilities Management Department is looking to establish a partnership with a preferred Proponent(s), from the pre-qualified General Contractors Vendor of Record list, for the services outlined in the RFP documents for HMMS03774 - LHSC UH Diagnostic Imaging Interim Renovation. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, or to accept the bid or parts thereof as it determines most satisfactory without any liability on the part of the Owner, its agents and consultants. The lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted. The start date is anticipated only.
