Prequalification of Construction Managers - Ritz Lutheran Villa

Scope

Renovation and addition to an elderly care / assisted living facility in Mitchell, Ontario. Completed plans call for the addition of a 66,000-square-foot, 128-bed elderly care / assisted living facility; and for the renovation of a 22,000-square-foot elderly care / assisted living facility. Construction Managers are invited to make submissions indicating their interest and ability to perform construction management services for the redevelopment of Ritz Lutheran Villa LTC Home in Mitchell, Ontario. The project consists of a two storey 66,000 sf addition and 22,000 sf in renovations to the existing Long Term Care Home, replacing the existing bedroom wing and expanding the capacity of the home to 128 beds. The existing building will remain in operation during construction. Information is to be submitted using CCDC Document 11 - 2016 identifying long term care, retirement, and similar projects for which Construction Management services have been provided. A maximum of ten additional pages may be submitted with firm background information and project details. Construction Managers will be evaluated according to their relevant experience, capacity, proximity, and quality of services based on reviewing submissions and contacting references provided. Provide Owner and Consultant references who can confirm recent performance.
