Scope

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Truro, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage. Bidders must register their presence with CCRCE stating the name of the contractor they represent. Failure to attend and register will lead to the non-acceptance of the tender by CCRCE.

Mandatory Site Walkthrough: 09/03/2019 10:00AM All persons/companies interested in submitting a tender must attend a mandatory site preview at the Truro Bus Garage. The CCRCE recommends that interested bidders ensure that proposed subcontractors are in attendance at the mandatory site preview. Bidders must register their presence with CCRCE stating the name of the contractor they represent. Failure to attend and register will lead to the non-acceptance of the tender by CCRCE.
