Expression of Interest for Construction Management Services for Providence Village Projects

Scope

New construction of a mixed-use development in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a elderly care / assisted living facility; and parking garage. Providence Village Inc (providencevillage.ca) and Providence Care (providencecare.ca), are jointly accepting Expressions of Interest to pre-qualify Construction Managers for pre-construction and construction services for the development of their projects on the Providence Village site at 1200 Princess Street, Kingston. The projects under management will include the following: For Providence Care: -a new Providence Manor (320-bed Long-term Care) facility including site services and access related thereto For Providence Village Inc.: -a new 300-car parking garage and related connections to the existing Motherhouse of the Sisters of Providence of St. Vincent de Paul -an upgrading of the Central Utilities Plant of the Motherhouse including new central heating systems, upgrades to the main electrical equipment including new diesel generator, and modifications to and upgrading of the central laundry. Anticipated Construction Budget: +$100 Million Anticipated Date for CM Selection: Summer 2021 Anticipated Tender of Work: Winter 2022 Completion date: 2024 Construction Managers will be evaluated according to their relevant experience, capacity, proximity to the area of work, and quality of services based on evaluation submissions and contacting references provided. A complete EOI document, with submission requirements and more project information will be emailed to you after receipt of your registration. EOI submissions shall be received by G architects before 3 p.m. EST (local time) on June 15th, 2021.
