Scope

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Napanee, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 84,000-square-foot, two-story above grade, 128-bed elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility. Construction of a new, 128-bed long-term care home in Napanee, Ontario. The building will be approx. 84,000 sq ft , non-combustible, fully sprinklered. It will be two-storeys (mix of slab on grade with a partial walk-out basement level), masonry bearing wall with coreslab structure, with a flat roof and 2 elevators. The building will mostly be clad in metal cladding on a metal stud infill back up structure, with some areas of masonry cladding. The roofing will be a two-ply mod-bit membrane. Also included in the project scope are associated site services, including new parking areas, and landscaping. *Award amount was not released for publication. *Awarded trades will not be released for publication. *Anticipated construction budget: $30 - 35 Million
