Scope
Demolition, site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Ailsa Craig, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 62,510-square-foot, two-story above grade, 96-bed elderly care / assisted living facility; for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility; and for the demolition of a elderly care / assisted living facility. Construction of a new 96-bed long-term care home in Ailsa Craig, Ontario. Scope includes partial demolition of existing. TIMELINE: A recent ground breaking has taken place. Construction is underway; awarded trades will NOT BE released for publication. The new facility is expected to open its doors in early 2027.
