Scope

Renovation of a military facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to replace fire protection piping and sprinkler heads; replacement of ceilings; replacement of lighting; replacement of bird control netting and ancillary bird control devices in the northside of Hangar 16 at CFB 17 Wing Winnipeg, Manitoba Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid. The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $3,056,500.00 The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 602 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 28 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion (refer to Amendment No. 1 for Completion milestone dates).
