Scope
Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Kenora, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 24,850-square-foot, three-story above grade medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility. Waasegiizhig Nanaandawe'iyewigamig Health Access Centre (WNHAC) is requesting tender submissions for the construction of a new Health Access Centre under the financing criteria of the Ontario Ministry of Health (MOH). The new 24,850 ft2, 3-storey facility will include clinical and community spaces, offices for staff, and client support spaces along with site development around the building. Site Address: Northeast corner of Chipman Street and First Street South, Kenora, Ontario. Substantial completion is targeted early spring 2026 and ready for operation by spring 2026. Tender has closed, bid results are unreleased. Updates will be made upon award of contract, January 2025.
