Scope
Site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a 6,804-square-foot, four-story above grade, one-story below grade educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and laboratory facility. All queries and requests for information during the bidding process should be directed to the attention of the Project Manager: Sevag Kupelian, at sevag.kupelian@am.jll.com. Asbestos Abatement Subcontractors and Roofing Subcontractors are prequalified as well. Tender has been cancelled. If/when the project will be re-tendered is undetermined at this time.
