Renovation of a medical facility in Montmagny, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility. This tender guarantee must be produced in one of the following forms: a bond issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.14 hereof, which must comply with the provisions of the tender bond model reproduced in appendix 4.01A of the Bid Form; an irrevocable letter of guarantee issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.14 hereof, which must comply with the requirements of the model "Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee" reproduced in appendix 4.01 B of the Submission Form. Conversion of the steam boiler to the boiler room to make it dual energy. Currently this device operates on light oil, but recently, natural gas has been available at the Montmagny Hospital. The goal with the conversion of this device is: Operate with less expensive energy Operate with less polluting energy in GHG emissions Ensuring operational safety and redundancy for the heating network Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
