Scope
Site work for a transportation facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility. Design, Build and Finance, the Valley Line West Light Rail Transit project. Plans call for an urban-style, 14 km line as part of the second stage of the Valley Line (a 27 km line in total) to operate between Mill Woods in Southeast Edmonton and Lewis Farms in west Edmonton. TIMELINE: Marigold Infrastructure Partners were awarded the contract for the design-build-finance contract in 2020. Site clearing and preparation began in fall 2021; construction is now underway and expected to be completed within 5 to 6 years. The Marigold Infrastructure Partners, consist of the following members: Colas Infrastructure Canada GP Parsons Inc. Francl Architecture Inc. Fast + EPP Stantec Inc.
