Ecology and Evolutionary Biology Lab Renovations

Scope

Renovation of a laboratory facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility. This engagement is to perform the work on the Building Upgrades and Renovation at the various existing Ecology and Evolutionary Biology Lab located in 33 Willcocks St, Toronto ON as indicated in the IFT drawing and Specifications. The main scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: - Fixed furniture: New flexible, height-adjustable lab benching and shelving. - Flooring Replacement. - Completion of Interior renovations throughout. - new emergency power outlet. All other electrical to remain as is or to be re-integrated into new lab benching. - Piped services: Compressed air and Gas spigots to be re-integrated into new lab benching in existing locations. - Plumbing: New S.S. utility sinks (in existing locations) and new hands-free eye wash station. - Ceiling: Replace damaged, dirty, or missing ceiling tiles. - New LED light fixtures to be installed. - Security: New fob door hardware at lab entry. - Loose furniture and equipment - Removal of redundant wall piping and transformers Question Deadline01/09/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Documents can be obtained at https://www.biddingo.com/
