(PCL) & EllisDon Corporation (EllisDon) Prequalified Mechanical Subcontractor: Modern Niagara Group Inc Prequalified Electrical Subcontractor: Plan Group Inc. Prequalified Structural Subcontractor: Bellai Brothers Construction Building permit issued. Construction has commenced.
