Construction of a Heated Garage and a Warehouse - Écocentre Marguerite-D'Youville

Scope

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Chertsey, Quebec. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,500-square-foot parking garage; and 10,125-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility. Reference number : 1279632 Deadline for receipt of complaints:2019-06-25 Award date: 11 July 2019 Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and obligation bond for wages each corresponding 25% is required. The Regional County Municipality of Marguerite-D'Youville (hereinafter called MRC), whose head office is located at 609 Marie-Victorin Road, in Verchères, wishes to receive tenders for: The construction of one or two new buildings on the site of the ecocentre. The garage will have an are aof approximately 1500 sq. Ft. and the warehouse of approximately 10 125 sq. Ft. Both spread over one level. The heated garage will serve as a workshop for employees to repair tools and equipment and store materials for sale or donate. The unheated warehouse will be used to store rolling bins, pallets of equipment and other equipment. To do this, the two buildings will be built on the same lot of the MRC, lot number 499 Ptie, 500 Ptie and 502 Ptie, located at 1975, chemin de l'Energie, in Varennes. The bidder must submit a price for the construction of the heated garage only and a second price for both buildings. The MRC reserves the right to retain the option of its choice. Bidders must submit 4 different prices, either: - price for heated garage only - a price for heated garage with mobile window - a price for heated garage and warehouse - a price for heated garage with mobile warehouse and warehouse The MRC reserves the right to choose the option that suits it.
