Brussels Wastewater Treatment Plant New Filter Building

Scope

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Wingham, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a 1,145-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project. The Work includes: - Removal of existing filter equipment and associated electrical in the existing filter building; - Construction of a new filter building to house the new cloth filter units and the new UV disinfection system complete with all associated building mechanical and electrical; - Supply and installation of two cloth media filters complete with all associated piping, valving, structures, electrical and controls; - Supply and installation of UV disinfection system compete with all associated piping, valving, structures, electrical and controls; and - Complete all earthworks, yard piping, utility and restoration associated with the upgrade. A non-mandatory pre-bid site meeting is planned for Wednesday, March 17, 2021. All bids must be submitted electronically and all Bidders shall have a Bidding System Vendor account and be registered as a Plan Taker for this Bid opportunity through Bids and Tenders, which will enable the Bidder to download the Bid Call Document, to receive Addenda email notifications and download all documents without the watermark "preview" on them. It is recommended that sufficient time be given to complete your Bid Submission and to resolve any issues that may arise. The closing time and date shall be determined by the Bidding System's web clock. In addition to other provisions in the Bid Documents, the lowest or any Bid will not necessarily be accepted.
