Scope
Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Kawartha Lakes, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and for the construction of a 22,700-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility. Region Eastern Location: Highway 35 Patrol Yard, Southeast corner of Glenarm Road and Country Lane intersection. Necessary available financial rating is $7,000,000 in GR. Necessary available maximum workload rating is $9,000,000. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.raqs.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Tender has been cancelled. If/when the project will be re-tendered is undetermined at this time.
