Reference Number 0000210116 Source ID PP.CO.AB.1047035.C105619 Bid Intent Not Available Question Acceptance Deadline 2021/11/02 12:00:00 AM MDT Questions are submitted online No Work of this Contract comprises of the following work in the community of Chateh, AB: Removal and disposal of the existing O&M storage facility, which will become the new site for the new core area sanitary lift station. Decommissioning, removal and reclamation of the existing Core area lift station and associated infrastructure. Construction of a new sanitary lift station consisting of a 3m x 4m underground reinforced concrete wet-well and a 3m x 4m wood framed building on helical screw piles and concrete grade beams and slab. The station shall be complete with piping systems, electrical / instrumentation / controls, HVAC, and submersible pumps. Construction of the new lift station to also include site grading, fencing, gravel access road and pad construction, and utilities. Construction of three new sanitary sewer manholes (including one perched manhole) and ~100m of 300mm diameter PVC gravity collection main from the existing gravity collection system to the new lift station. Construction of - 1,750m of fused 250mm diameter HDPE DR11 sanitary forcemain from the new lift station primarily via Horizontal Directional Drilling. Construction of the new forcemain to also include a 3m x 3m air vacuum release / cleanout chamber, and a 3m x 4m valve chamber, and connection points. Construction of the new forcemain to also include re-alignment of the existing Assumption Lift Station discharge forcemain.
