Scope
Site work, renovation and addition to an elderly care / assisted living facility in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a 24,529-square-foot, four-story above grade, 20-bed elderly care / assisted living facility; for the renovation of a four-story above grade, 100-bed elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility. Construction of a four-storey west wing addition to and near complete gut renovation of the existing four-storey building. TIMELINE: Project will not be moving forward.
