Please note: At this time hard (paper) copies of tender documents will not be made available to bidders. The tender opening will not be opened to the public. Tender envelopes will be opened immediately after the tender closing and will have a representative of CAPEI present to witness the opening. Lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

Bidders must confirm attendance by May 27, 2021 to receive a letter required for the current public health application process for essential travel to Prince Edward Island and follow all public health guidelines.
