Scope
Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Welland, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 111,488-square-foot, three-story above grade, 128-bed elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility. Percon Construction Inc has been retained by Foyer Richelieu in JV with Hospice Niagara to act as Construction Manager for the construction of the new facility which will contain 128 Long-Term Care Beds and 10 Hospice Beds located in Welland, Ontario. *Award amount was not released for publication. *Anticipated Construction Budget: +/- $35 Million
