Scope
New construction of a multi-residential development in Burnaby, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 21,708-square-foot, three-story above grade multi-residential development. Scope includes the construction of three(3) storeys of wood frame construction consisting of twenty-five (25) residential units situated over a basement level of reinforced concrete construction consisting of parking, storage, service and ancillary areas: 1.
