Scope

Site work and new construction of a civil project in New Westminster, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project. The Annacis Water Supply Tunnel involves the construction of a new water main inside a new water supply tunnel, designed to increase capacity to meet future potable water demand, as well as to meet current seismic standards. The primary requirements of the construction management services are to ensure that the construction will be completed on time and on budget as well as meeting all technical requirements. The Construction Management Consultant is to apply and integrate comprehensive project controls to manage time, cost, scope, quality, risk, and safety.
