Scope
New construction of a mixed-use development in Meaford, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 110,430-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility. The Bluewater District School Board proposes to construct a new Kindergarten to Grade 12, 10,225 m2, 2-storey school in Meaford. To demolish an existing one-storey elementary school and construct a new two-storey K-12 (Kindergarten to Grade 12) school. Electronic Bid Documents will be made available to prequalified General Contract bidders and Masonry, Roofing, Mechanical, and Electrical Subcontract bidders upon submission of a signed Electronic License Agreement provided by the Consultant.
