St Mary's General Hospital Heart Rhythm Management Centre - Additions and Renovations

Scope

Renovation and addition to a medical facility in Kitchener, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and for the addition of a 3,369-square-foot, 10-story above grade medical facility. The project consists of the following: 1) Fit up of Electrophysiology (EP) Procedure Suite in existing shell space within Operating Suite (Level 2) 2) Infill of Level 2 rooftop courtyard with new Prep and Recovery Suite for Electrophysiology and Cardiac Catheterization (Level 2) 3) Renovation to portion of the existing Cardiac Cath Prep and Recovery Area (Level 2) 4) Fit up of new Heart Rhythm Ambulatory Clinic in existing Administrative space (Level 1) 5) New rooftop air handler 6) New anesthetic gas scavenging systems for new and existing Operating Rooms. 7) Phasing of the work is anticipated. 8) The list is for information purposes only. The total value of work is anticipated to be $6 million construction cost.
