Proposal - Package # 50.4 Polson Slip Revetment Stone Supply and Install for Port Lands Flood Protection Project

Scope

Site work for a development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a development. EllisDon is the Construction Manager for the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation (TWRC) Port Lands Flood Protection Project (PLFP). EllisDon invites eligible companies, firms or joint ventures to submit qualifications for Polson Slip Revetment Supply and Install: The PLFP project requires a Contractor to undertake the supply and installation of stone revetment in Polson Slip along the North dockwall, including but not limited to sourcing of stone, stockpiling at Proponent s facilities, stone testing, installation of marine geotextile fabric, and stone grading to meet specified elevations. Where the anticipated contract value is greater than $250,000, the Proponent will be required to have the ability to bond with an established surety company. EllisDon reserves the right to cancel, waive or combine with alternate packages all or part of the scope, or to re-advertise this solicitation with either an identical or revised scope at any time.
