Scope
New construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Havelock, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 86,355-square-foot, two-story above grade, 128-bed elderly care / assisted living facility. Construction of a new 128-Bed Long-Term Care Facility in Havelock, Ontario. TIMELINE: Sub trade tender for prequalified trades has closed; awarded trades will not be released for publication. Ground Breaking Ceremony took place August 10, 2023. Site has been cleared. Completion is targeted September 2025. *Architect and Structural Engineer is unreleased for publication. Value Range: $10M - $100M
