Scope
Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Beech Hill, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the addition of a 30,000-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility. The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete a New School and and new Community Centre for Ecole Acadienne de Pomquet located 791 Taylors Road, in Sheet Harbour, Nova Scotia, for a Stipulated Price contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents.
