Scope

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Flin Flon, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility. Work of this Contract consists of an addition and renovations to the Ruth Betts Community School, 9 Terrace Avenue, located in Flin Flon, Manitoba: The Work includes a two stop elevator servicing first and second floor of Hudson school wing; a UTR on second floor of Hudson school wing; modifications to three ramps within the Ruth Betts Wing. The Work also includes reinforcement of the existing steel roof structure at Hapnot Collegiate, 115 Green Street, Flin Flon, Manitoba.
