Stayner Arena Office Renovations

Scope

Renovation of an office development in Stayner, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development. The Clearview Township Parks, Culture and Recreation Department is seeking detailed quotes on the Labour required to complete all the tasks as per the Structural Notes on page 3 of the Stayner Arena Drawings: Removal of 3 identified door frames and rebuild concrete walls in their place Removal of two concrete walls in proposed reception/maintenance office area and complete aesthetics Install new opening and door in corridor for existing mechanical New opening in block wall in maintenance office area Build 2 new FADS service windows in lobby Install new glass wall and door in proposed office area Install new sink and kitchen style cabinets in proposed meeting room Replace existing double doors with windows in proposed new office area Remove existing double doors & frame infill with concrete blocks to match existing in proposed office Install new window to match the 3 others in proposed reception area and replace the 3 existing windows in the existing office area Paint all walls throughout the two office areas (proposed: maintenance office, reception, 2 new office, board room) Install new flooring throughout the two office areas (proposed: maintenance office, reception, 2 new office, board room) Documents are available at: https://www.clearview.ca/news-events-meetings/tenders-rfps/
