Scope
Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 22,000-square-foot, six-story above grade multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development. Flourish, as Development Manager, is soliciting pre-qualifications on behalf of Sacajawea Non-Profit Housing Inc. from General Contractors for Sacajawea's new development located at 204 Gage Avenue North, Hamilton. The project consists of a slab-on-grade six-storey building with a total GFA of 2020m2 being developed as supportive housing for Indigenous people exiting homelessness. The principal architect on the project is Invizij Architects Inc. Estimated Pre-tender Construction Cost: $13M CDN (excl. HST) Tender period: February 2025 Construction start: May 2025 Completion date: December 2026 Type of contract anticipated: CCDC 2 2020 Stipulated Price Contract
