Scope

Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Whitby, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 17,700-square-foot, one-story above grade, 10-bed medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility. Stage II to the PREQUALIFIED firms only. Construction of the Whitby Residential Hospice in Durham For the Victorian Order of Nurses (VON) Durham Region Community Corporation; a 10-bed hospice. This RFQ is open only to those Selected Suppliers that have prequalified in accordance with the RFSQ (Vendors or Vendors of Record) as a result of the noted RFSQ. Bids submitted by other firms will not qualify for evaluation. The Pre-Qualified Contractors are not restricted in any way as to their choice of material suppliers or sub-contractors that they may include in their bid submissions. Therefore, all firms are encouraged to review the issued RFQ on the Ontario Tenders Portal and determine if they wish to reach out to the prequalified General Contractors to bid their services.
