• Erection of full height scaffolding on Pender, Granville and Lane Elevations.
• Tuck pointing stone masonry mortar joints on an “as required” basis.
• Maintenance and repair of existing metal flashings.
• Miscellaneous caulking.
• Clean masonry from ground to roof level on Pender, Granville and Lane elevations.
• Patch repair of terracotta and stone masonry on an “as required” basis.
• Supply and installation of stainless steel bird spikes.
