Surrey City Centre in the heart of Surrey, B.C. is the future home of Kwantlen Polytechnic University’s new campus, KPU Civic Plaza. ITC Construction is the general contractor for the new development, which will also feature residential accommodations for students.
The campus is also expected to incorporate a reception and exhibition area, a dialogue space for community engagement, studio and broadcast area, as well as seminar rooms and classrooms. It is scheduled to open in 2016.
