Vancouver construction worker suffers spinal injury after fall

An 18-year-old construction worker fell from scaffolding on a construction site in Vancouver on November 13 and was rushed to hospital.

An 18-year-old construction worker fell from scaffolding on a construction site in Vancouver on November 13 and was rushed to hospital.

According to a report in The Province, the accident happened shortly after 5 p.m. at a job site in the 7100 block of Granville St.

WorkSafeBC dispatched an officer to the site and later reported that the young man suffered spinal injuries from the fall. The extent of his injuries is not known.
