The Yukon Hospital Corporation has released a Request for Qualifications to design and build the Whitehorse General Hospital Expansion Project.
The project’s capital construction cost is approximately $55 million and includes the design and construction of a new emergency department and four-bed observation unit, new radiology and CT-scan rooms and a new data center and second floor shelled space for future expansion.
Construction is estimated to begin mid-2015 and will take approximately 30 months to complete.
