Concrete work continues on phase two of The Creek highrise residential development in Southeast False Creek, which is under construction on one of the last undeveloped waterfront sites in Vancouver.
These two buildings will offer 177 homes, including 18 townhomes. The Creek will consist of one 18 storey building, two 15 storey buildings, one 14 storey building and one 12 storey building. The five residential buildings will provide 740 new homes near three acres of waterfront park and greenway/bikeway paths. Among these homes will be 133 non-market rental apartments to be owned by the city. The developer of the project is Concert Properties.
