The Epic at West is the third and final phase of a highrise residential development called Residences at West, which is under construction in Vancouver’s False Creek area.
The 120 unit condo project by Executive Group Development spans an entire city block with three towers. Amenities include an 18,000-square-foot daycare and more than 43,000-square-feet of commercial retail space. Construction is scheduled for completion in 2017.The architect is Francl Architecture.
