Kensington Gardens is a new mixed-use development with 428 units at the intersection of Kingsway and Gladstone streets in Vancouver.
The project is comprised of three, 18-storey residential towers with a total of 410 units, a collection of townhouses and a residential podium, linked by an elevated landscaped courtyard, a new park and plaza. Completion has been scheduled for late 2017. The developer is Westbank Developments and the construction manager is ICON West Construction Corp. The architect is Henriquez Partners Architects and consultants are: DIALOG (structural); Yoneda & Associates (mechanical); GeoPacific Consultants Ltd. (geotechnical); WSP Canada Ltd. (civil) and PFS Studio (landscape).
