Where a pile of rubble now sits, a new office tower will soon rise in downtown Vancouver.

GWL Realty Advisors is developing Vancouver Centre II, a 33-storey building aiming for a LEED Platinum standard.

Completion of the project is expected for 2021. Designed by Musson Cattell Mackey Partnership, Vancouver Centre II’s contemporary architecture is defined by sculptural form and clear glazing.

A lobby atrium will connect Vancouver Centre II and Scotia Tower. Employees will have access to amenities, including the 29th floor Skyline Rooftop Deck and a private fitness facility and yoga studio with changerooms, showers and cycling facilities.
