Hady Construction Associates is waiting for building permits to begin construction on a $21.5 million industrial building in Woodbridge.
Located at 121 Stone Ridge Rd in Vaughan, the 233,000-square-foot building is expected to start construction in spring 2009, pending permits are received on time.
The steel-framed building will be owned by NHD Developments Ltd. The building will be heated with a fuel-fired system. Natale Architect Inc. designed the one storey industrial building. Construction is expected to take four to 10 months to construct.
