PENTICTON, B.C. — EllisDon Facility Services Inc. is taking full control of a facilities management contract at Penticton Regional Hospital.
The firm has finalized an agreement with Engie Services Inc. to acquire Engie’s 50 per cent stake in the Penticton Regional Hospital Facilities Management GP, making EllisDon the sole service provider.
“In moving to full ownership, EllisDon is confident in delivering results that provide continuity of service to the hospital, the patients they serve, and of employment for the workforces serving them,” EllisDon Facilities Services Inc. managing director Ashley Richardson said in a statement.
