Classic Fire + Life Safety expands into Western Canada with three new partnerships

CALGARY — Classic Fire + Life Safety is expanding into Western Canada thanks to three new partnerships.

Classic Fire has partnered with Calgary, Alta.-based businesses Legacy Fire Protection and Photon Electric, and Kelowna, B.C.-based Integrated Fire Protection.

“We have been planning a western expansion for a few years now and are delighted to make the move at this time and with these accomplished companies,” said Francois Godin, CEO of Classic Fire + Life Safety, in a news release.

The company writes the move reflects its desire to “become Canada’s leader in fire and life safety for institutional and commercial partners across Canada.”

Day-to-day operations will remain unchanged while management looks for ways to enhance the services the companies provide to customers.

“We are looking forwards to unifying our skills, interests and strengths to continue to serve our existing clients and to embark on new projects,” said Carl Pollard, founder of Legacy Fire, in the release.

Francois Godin, CEO of Classic Fire + Life Safety, and newly appointed vice-president of Western Canada Carl Pollard, finalize a new partnership between Legacy Fire Protection and Classic Fire at Legacy’s office in Calgary.
