A baseball field is taking shape as work is well underway on the second re-development and expansion of the MacDonald Island Park in Fort McMurray, Alberta.
Architecture | Arndt Tkalcic Bengert is the architect. The outdoor expansion, named Shell Place, includes an outdoor performance stadium, community pavilion, shared space and conference centre, and other amenities.
Work started on the $127 million project in September 2012.
