Bockstael Construction Ltd. is the construction manager and Stantec Architecture Ltd. did the design.
Consulting engineers on the project include Crosier Kilgour & Partners Ltd. (structural) and MCW/AGE Consulting Professional Engineers (mechanical and electrical).
