The Royal City Centre Mall in New Westminster, B.C. is adding 1,000 square feet and two storeys to the mall, with construction of the entrance atrium underway.
The former Zeller’s space is being renovated to move Walmart into the mall. Norson Construction Ltd. is the general contractor, and design is by Wensley Architecture Ltd. The consulting engineers are Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd. (structural), and MCW Consultants Ltd. (mechanical and electrical). Construction began in February and will be complete by December.
