The Northstar Lincoln Ford dealership in Fort McMurray is nearing the end of construction on a third facility that at 56,000 sq. ft is the largest building in the 100,000 sq. ft complex of buildings.
Bird Construction is the main contractor. Energy saving features of the building include tinting windows to eliminate the use of blinds and high speed doors with air curtains.
The estimated $35 million project began in September 2013 and is estimated to be close to completion by December 2014.
