Vancouver-based Edgar Development has a 29-storey apartment building under construction in Edmonton’s downtown. Known as The Hendrix, the tower will offer 260 units, ranging from studio to three-bedroom apartments and townhomes.
Located at 9733 111 Street NW, The Hendrix is scheduled for occupancy by fall of 2016. ITC Group is the prime contractor. Design is by DIALOG. The project is aiming for LEED Silver Certification. The historic J. T. Ross House will be preserved and incorporated into the new development.
