Work Continues on Phase 2 Building B in the Plessis Business Park within Winnipeg’s St. Boniface Industrial Park.

The Shindico development is getting its steel frame assembled. Building B will be 140-feet-wide-by-290-feet (approximately 40,551 square feet) on a 22.3 acre site. The building will have six-inch reinforced concrete floors, a steel stud front wall with flat panel insulated metal siding and 28-foot ceilings topped with a TLS MR24 Butler Roof System. Tenant occupancy is expected later this year. Building A is complete and occupied and two additional buildings are planned for the park.
