CDR relocates HQ to Orange County

COSTA MESA, CALIF. – Southern California civil engineering firm Commercial Development Resources (CDR) is moving its company headquarters to a new location.

The new Costa Mesa headquarters, located in the South Coast Metro district, will allow for room for the company’s growing team including a new dry utility division.

“Our new headquarters is centrally located in Orange County which will be convenient for both our clients and employees. The new facility offers a significantly larger office with wonderful amenities, allowing us to attract top talent and continue to grow,” CDR founder and president Aaron Albertson said in a statement.

The new office is situated within Park Tower, strategically placing it close to commuters from Los Angeles, San Diego and the Inland Empire.

CDR was founded in 2007 and has assisted clients such as Merlin Entertainments, AutoNation and The Irvine Company.
